Diwali fire crackers: Will firecrackers burst or not burst?
Diwali fire crackers: Supreme Court has made rule on fireworks burst. First we talk about good news or bad news.
Let’s start with the bad news.
Diwali fire crackers– The bad news is that the Supreme Court has already stopped the ban on bursting fire crackers, as it had happened last year, that there will be no crackers sale in Delhi nor will it be burst. But the Supreme Court was unable to fulfill this order because of which the firecrackers were banned, it was fire crackers pollution. But even after this restriction, the level of pollution was higher than in the last year in 2017.
Because any fire crackers restriction creates more enthusiasm in the people. After the ban, the people bought the crackers of hiding, and also driven them, more than that.
Eventually Diwali fire crackers restriction proved to be absolutely unsuccessful.
Even this year, the Supreme Court has passed some similar restrictions, in the hope that perhaps pollution can be control. According to the recent directions of the Supreme Court, fire crackers in Delhi can be burst only on 07th November from 08.00 PM to 10.00 PM hrs on night.
And there are permission to burst low noise Diwali fire crackers (Green Crackers). Delhi Police has also been praying for the public to follow this directive for several days.
The Supreme Court has made it clear that those who violate it, will be punished. The punishment for which is 2 to 3 years and also along with fines.
We have a question that to express some happiness. Is it a part of the rite to burst the Diwali fire crackers, make noise in the loud voice or disturb the people by drinking alcohol?
If the answer to this question is in yes, then who started it?
1- Can anyone solve it by making a provision for fine, punishments or doing some more remedies?
2- Pollution is of firecrackers, or any loud noise is causing problems to the people. Should not any measures be taken for them?
